This high grown Colombian coffee delivers a clean and smooth flavor typical of a gourmet South American coffee.  We roast these 100% Arabica coffee beans "poco mas oscuro", or "a little more dark" than your normal coffee.  This roast brings the flavor of our Colombian coffee a bit more "contemporary" than most.  A flavor we love and think you will enjoy too!
