Placing Orders

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern will usually be shipped the same business day! Orders received after 11:00 AM Eastern will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive confirmation via e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped when your product leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges for the delivery service you choose (e.g. "Ground", "Next Day Air", etc.) will be added to your purchase cost and will be calculated based on the total weight of your order.
 
Standard Delivery
You can expect delivery of most orders east of the Rocky Mountains within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS® and delivered directly to your home. Orders to the West Coast may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Tracking

At any time after shipment you may track your package(s) on-line by entering the tracking number provided in your receipt into the tracking form. Click here to go to the tracking form.

 

Multiple Deliveries

Occasionally your order may be shipped from multiple locations. There is no additional charge to the customer for orders shipped from multiple locations.
